Job Description
The Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, orienting and engaging youth and family volunteers in Volunteers of America's programs. The position works primarily with youth, ages 11-18, and families. The Program Coordinator communicates with community partners and Volunteers of America programs and maintains data relating to all aspects of the Youth and Family Volunteer program. Complies with Volunteers of America guidelines regarding data collection, compilation and submission of reports.

Job Requirements
Associate's degree in related field or equivalent. Minimum one-year supervisory or administrative experience. Prefer experience in volunteer management or service as a volunteer. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills. Strong computer skills required, including word processing, spreadsheet and database management. Valid Colorado Driver's License, proof of insurance and own transportation.
