    Job Summary

    The Breckenridge Resort Security Officer regularly patrols all resort properties in order to mitigate Security, Fire, and Life Safety situations. The successful candidate will possess excellent judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills and will thrive working individually or as part of a diverse team. Resort Security officers work closely with police, fire, and medical agencies during investigations, prevention efforts, and training.

    Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    Job Qualifications:

    • Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain – EMT or higher certification strongly preferred.
    • Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours in a high-altitude mountain environment in inclement weather.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • At least 2 years of security experience – preferred.
    • At least 2 years hospitality guest service experience in a resort setting – preferred.

    Job Summary:

    The Housekeeping Supervisor at The Hythe Vail is responsible for the supervision of the cleaning of hotel guestrooms according to hotel standards by providing the highest level of quality and service for hotel guests. This person will be responsible for including (but not limited to)

    • Must be flexible (weekends, holidays etc) - mixture of AM and PM shifts required.

    • Prioritizing, assigning and coordinating housekeeping functions and requests for predominantly PM shifts

    including monitoring radio calls and organizing staff in an efficient manner

    • Supervision, training/ coaching, brand standard implementation, handling guest challenges with care and

    concern, and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

    • Replenishing linens, amenities and other supplies in guest rooms

    • Monitoring and resolving any issues relating to public areas, restrooms, pool and hallways.

    • Conducting hotel walk throughs as required to ensure Public areas are maintained and staff fulfilling evening

    duties.

    • As needed, fulfill all job responsibilities expected of Room Attendants, Housepersons and Public Area

    Attendants including all general cleaning functions across the resort.

    • Responsible for creating daily worksheets for Room Attendants and Turndown staff and assigning daily and

    nightly duties as required.

    • Conducting weekly inventory of all housekeeping cleaning supplies and amenity supplies.

    • Each staff member is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management.

    Qualifications:
