Canidium is a technical consulting company that provides guidance and expertise to our clients on implementing SPM (sales performance management) and CPQ (configure - price - quote) software. The IT Intern will report to the IT Manager, and assist with items like troubleshooting various computer issues, deploying and maintaining company computers, occasionally writing scripts to automate processes, and other related tasks.
This is a summer internship from the end of April to the beginning of August.

Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting various computer technical problems such as network connection, hardware, and software issues

Maintaining the fixed asset tracking system

Requirements:
Currently working on an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, cloud based applications, phones, etc.
Must be technically proficient in solving complex computer problems
Some experience with Object Oriented programming preferable (ideally JavaScript or Python)
Must be a current student able to work 20 hours a week within normal business hours
