What You Will Do:
Responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling Commercial Lines insurance products. Counsels and markets to new and existing clients in a professional manner to both inbound and outbound leads. Specific sales goals and service responsibilities to be determined in the planning process. Meets sales and service standards for volume, timeliness, and quality. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures and offer additional services as appropriate, to grow targeted profitable revenue and contribute to Credit Union's goals and objectives. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
Pay starting at $85,000 and may vary based upon experience.

What We Require:
High school diploma or equivalent. Current Property/Casualty License. Minimum of three (3) years of commercial insurance sales experience. Current Texas Property/Casualty License. Experience using Vertafore/AMS360 Agency Management System. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of commercial rating procedures, coverages, underwriting and industry operations. Extensive knowledge of personal lines insurance products and usages. Perform a large number of steps in complex system with accuracy and speed.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor degree or equivalent education. Industry designation desirable (CPCU, AINS, AIS, CISR). Communicate verbally and in writing to explain complex issues and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately. Generate new business sales, retain existing business, and close sales. Proven sales management. Able to read, write and speak Spanish. Thorough knowledge and understanding of federal, state and NCUA regulations.
