Working with a faculty adviser, the postdoctoral fellow will conduct specialized research in one or more areas of

, including atmospheric chemistry; climate and atmosphere-ocean dynamics; cloud microphysics, severe storms, and mesoscale meteorology; data assimilation, machine learning, and causal discovery; education and human resources; global biogeochemical cycles and ecosystems; and radiation and remote sensing. The research may range from theoretical to applied and involve the use of measurement and/or modeling approaches. This position will also summarize findings and publish research results in journals and present findings at scientific meetings and conferences.

Air National Guard Readiness Center Installation Planner Joint Base Andrew
Up to TWO Installation Planner positions are available with Colorado State University’s (CSU) Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. The Installation Planners will provide installation and headquarters-level planning and technical support to the Air National Guard (ANG) locations, and the National Guard Bureau (NGB). These positions have hybrid or full remote potential, but preference will be given to candidates who are able to regularly report to the ANGRC at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. Relocation expenses are not available. It will require travel to other military installations and locations as needed.
Under the direction of an NGB/A4AD Program Manager within the Asset Management Division, the successful candidates will provide installation planning and programming support for ANG locations as assigned. This support will include, but is not limited to, installation planning and programming support, coordinating installation facility table-top discussions, presentations, and site surveys, and partnering with NEPA staff in the execution of other planning activities.
The Installation Planners will provide civil engineering technical programming support expertise to achieve the long-range goals of Installation Development Plans (IDP) and to support ANG installations with Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM), and military construction (MILCON) project planning and programming support. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to,
Conducting a review of basing actions and NEPA documents for strategic basing programming support integration;
Researching Facility BUILDER Data, 920 Data, 7115 Report Data, and review AutoCAD files to validate basing, unit, and facility assumptions;
Review project requirements and develop planning, programming support, and execution strategies/packages as well as budget justification packages;
Review and provide interpretation and application of new statutory and regulatory requirements;
Collect, organize, and compile data in database systems (e.g., 920) according to ANG standards;
Develop and update ANG planning and programming support metric data and schedules defining programmatic execution, resource allocation, trends, and way-ahead strategies; and
Develop land-use constraint maps and compile necessary information for decision-makers.
The successful candidates will have detailed working knowledge of the ANG and NGB corporate structures and the ability to provide a wide range of program support outside of the tasks mentioned above. They will also have a thorough understanding of the planning, programming support, design, and construction activities supporting long-term facility or installation management. Strong coordination and communication skills are critical to success in this position.
Work location is dependent on the needs of the partner/project/role. In some instances, positions may require staff to be fully in-person. In other instances, hybrid or remote arrangements may be possible.

Occupational Ergonomics and Safety TT Assistant/Associate/Full Professor
Colorado State University (CSU) is searching for a faculty member to lead the nationally recognized program in Occupational Ergonomics and Safety (OES). The OES Program is part of the NIOSH funded Mountains and Plains Education and Research Center with programs also in Industrial Hygiene, Health Physics, Occupational Health Psychology, and Occupational Medicine. There are also opportunities for collaboration with faculty in the Epidemiology, Design and Merchandising, Health and Exercise Science, Occupational Health Psychology, and Environmental Public Health programs as well as the Colorado School of Public Health. Other opportunities with this position include involvement with the NIOSH funded High Plains Intermountain Center for Agriculture Health and Safety (HICAHS) at CSU. Candidates whose research involves occupational ergonomics and human factors, industrial process and product design, industrial engineering, system safety engineering, as well as other occupational health and safety topics are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include teaching, research and service. Teach and mentor students in our graduate and undergraduate programs in occupational and environmental health with a focus in occupational ergonomics and safety issues. Provide curricular guidance to students, supervise student research, and coordinate with other faculty in successful completion of student theses, dissertations, and research publications. Develop and conduct an independently funded research program in your area of expertise. Serve on committees within and external to the University.
IAM Developer
The IAM Developer position will report to the Supervisor of the IAM team. This position will collaboratively work with the IAM Team and IT professionals across campus to maintain, administer and develop critical IAM services used by students, faculty and staff. This position also provides advanced second tier support for IAM systems and services that have been escalated from the CSU IT Technical Support Help Desk.
Research Associate I or II - Open Pool
We are looking for individuals who seek temporary or special assignment positions with the CCP. Potential activities include assisting with development of new programming or providing support services and evaluating the effectiveness of those services within one of our existing programs.
The open position(s) may be a temporary or special assignment and may vary from part- to full-time. In addition, these are 9-month positions with the possibility of a summer assignment. Annual terms depend on continued availability of funding.
Registered Nurse- CSU Mountain Campus (Session 2)
The CSU Mountain Campus is nestled in a beautiful, secluded mountain valley at an elevation of 9,000 ft. (2,743 m) lies Colorado State University’s 1,600-acre Mountain Campus. Established in 1914, the Mountain Campus serves as a destination campus for research and education, local, national, and international conferences. Programs and activities at the Mountain Campus shape and inspire current and future leaders’ lives through learning and immersion experiences in the Rocky Mountains, and facilitate research addressing critical issues in ecology, environmental science, and natural resources. The Mountain Campus operates from mid-May to mid-October each year, and is located 53 miles west of Fort Collins, approximately a 2-hour drive, the last 16 miles of which are on a gravel road. The campus is adjacent to the northern border of Rocky Mountain National Park and shares boundaries with Roosevelt National Forest. Abundant opportunities exist for hiking and backpacking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, and fishing.
Under management from CSU Health Network Medical Services, the Medical Clinic at the CSU Mountain Campus provides onsite acute first aid and pre-hospital care to patients for minor injuries and illnesses on a walk-in basis. The Medical Clinic has designated clinic hours and 24-hour nursing assistance for students and guests with acute and emergent concerns. Access to after-hours mental health professionals ensures the support of students and guests with behavioral health concerns. This position assists in the delivery of safe healthcare to university students and guests.
This position is a temporary, full-time Registered Nurse that will live and work at the Mountain Campus Medical Clinic for 11 weeks. This position reports directly to the Nurse Supervisor and the Nurse Manager at the CSU Health Network Fort Collins campus and will work in close collaboration with the Administration of the Mountain Campus, to carry out the Essential Job Duties.

Office Hours
The Registered nurse works in the office 6-7 hours per day. Typical office hours are of 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM daily. Bedtime office hours for medication administration as needed 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM during Eco-Experience weeks and lunch hour support 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM as necessary. These hours are subject to change to meet the needs of campus guests.

In addition to specified office hours, this position is expected to respond to emergent healthcare needs:

Lodging: The Mountain Campus provides a Nurses cabin (341 sq ft) with two bedrooms (one room has a double bed and the other bedroom a bunk bed), kitchen, refrigerator, toilet, porch and in cabin wi-fi booster. Showers are available in a staff shower house. On-site laundry available. Housing may require a shared space and coordination with additional MTC nursing staff.
Family Members and Guests Welcome
Lodging: Invite partners, children, and other guests to stay with you for all or part of your time at the Mountain Campus. The Nurses Cabin can accommodate up to 4 people. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult during Nurse Clinic hours.
No pets permitted
Meals: Meals are provided for the Nurse and one guest with no extra cost. Meal tickets can be purchased in the office if additional guests are with you.
Activities
Hiking, fishing, mountain biking, trail running, rock climbing, nature photography, or lounging in a hammock with a good book are just some of the many activities employees can enjoy during their time in the picturesque Mountain Campus setting outside of office hours.

Theatre Design Instructors – Open Pool 2024
The School of Music, Theatre, and Dance may seek full time or part time, temporary Theatre Design Instructors to teach a variety of courses including introductory and advanced set/scenic design, lighting design, computer-assisted design/drawing, and design special topics classes. Registered Veterinary Technician I - IMCU
