The successful Missile Navigation, Guidance and Controls \(NG&C\) Integrated Product Team \(IPT\) Lead will define an organization and build a strong team of leaders and individual contributors to plan and successfully execute a portfolio NSP program\. The senior leader is deployed to the Missile Program Manager and works closely with he/she to define the Navigation, Guidance and Controls Systems Architecture\. This leader leads the design, development, integration and test deployment of a Missile System within an Integrated Weapon System\. This Full Spectrum Leader is disciplined in value driven Systems Engineering and drives design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful way\. This senior leadership position works closely with their Navy counterpart to field a strategic system\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\- Technical background in Guidance, Navigation and Controls

\- Experience leading large\- scale technical programs

\- Demonstrated experience as an Integrated Product Team \(IPT\) Lead

\- Demonstrated ability to define and manage to an Integrated Master Plan \(IMP\)

\- Demonstrated experience managing large\- complex subcontractors

\- Demonstrated ability to integrate cost, schedule and technical constraints

\- Risk & Opportunity Management Experience

\- Demonstrated ability to interact with DOD customers and build effective relationships

\- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance

**Desired Skills:**

\- Experience in a Program Start\-UP environment

\- Experience on a Weapon System Program

\- Experience on a leadership team on a development program

\- Experience with control account management principles, techniques, and processes,

minimum in either a CAM position, or a role with similar experience

\- Experience as a Certified Principal Engineer \(CPE\)
