  • Canidium is a technical consulting company that provides guidance and expertise to our clients on implementing SPM (sales performance management) and CPQ (configure - price - quote) software. The IT Intern will report to the IT Manager, and assist with items like troubleshooting various computer issues, deploying and maintaining company computers, occasionally writing scripts to automate processes, and other related tasks.

    This is a summer internship from the end of April to the beginning of August.

    Canidium offers competitive hourly wages. We can be flexible with class schedules, but request that you work around 20 hours a week. This position can be a hybrid between our Old Town, Fort Collins office and working from home.

    • Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting various computer technical problems such as network connection, hardware, and software issues

    • Strong understanding of agent, agency, advisor and broker information as well as source data systems for policies, membership, and premium

    • Strong working knowledge of agent and advisor onboarding and compliance

    • Expert in commission and bonus plans used with agents, agencies, advisors and brokers

    • Implement and maintain commission plans and operations workflows

    • Continuing development of SQL, scripting, SAP APM configuration and testing skills

    • Participate and lead customer discovery sessions and technical discussions

     

    Compensation and benefits: These positions have a salary range of $55,000 - $100,000, and are eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
