Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
Must have ability to perform a high volume of time sensitive tasks related to the Records Servicing process with a high degree of accuracy and control. Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures for loan products.
Functions include: processing, closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups. May manage an assigned pipeline of loans and/or assign work items to other loan team members. May act as a liaison between LOB’s and other internal departments within WLS. Handles a mix of moderate to complex and/or sensitive accounts. Must be self-motivated and able to manage their own workflow while exercising judgment within standard policies and procedures.
This position is located at 1700 Lincoln St, 4th Floor, Denver CO, 80203. Telecommute and relocation are not an option for this position.

- 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience
