EMR Required Training :Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training
EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.
Travel Preferences: Air Travel: Acceptable; Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations
Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 30 days

Clean Malpractice/Background - Highly Preferred
