This task requires providing space system engineering and communications expertise to a diverse team of operational, system and sensor experts supporting the joint fight in space\. Task activities include requirements development, network analysis, andfuture spacearchitecture development\.



**Qualifications**



Minimum Qualifications:



Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering or similar field\. Candidate should possess the ability to be responsible for deliverables or parts of deliverables to customers\.



Required Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field with military experience, or Master’s degree/PhD

+ Prior experience engineering or developing requirements for bi\-directional satellite communications engineering, including data network transport analysis

+ Familiarity with phased array antennas

+ Excellent collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to multi\-task

+ Self\-starter capable of working with minimal direct supervision



Desired Qualifications:



Experience in or familiarity with the following areas is also desirable:



+ Commercial SATCOM and architecture development

+ Developing CONOPS, TTPs, or workflows for Air Force Space Surveillance Network sensors or other systems

+ System engineering, analysis and design

+ Fielded and developmental space capabilities and supporting infrastructure

+ Space Enterprise Vision/Space Warfighting Construct

+ Modeling and simulation
