Job Description
Serve seniors and their families by exceeding expectations in quality home care. As a Full-Time Service Coordinator you will be responsible for half time scheduling clients and half time time engaging professional CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

To be effective and successful as a Service Coordinator you must, but not limited to:

Duties for the Service Coordinator role includes, but not limited to:
  • Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis by assigning and analyzing the client and CAREGiver match
  • Supervise CAREGivers through coaching, rewards and recognition
  • Train, reward, support, encourage, and engage professional CAREGivers
