As a **Systems Engineer** , you will work on Augmented Reality \(AR\) related projects in the Systems Engineering Modernization department\. Additionally, help develop and apply AR capabilities on pilot projects and programs\. Typical projects include the use of Mechanical Engineering CAD data and tools, AR tools and hardware, and interaction with Manufacturing Engineering and Production systems and personnel\.

In this role, you will:

•Assist our lead with our AR solutions\.

•AR uses hardware like the Microsoft Hololens and our mechanical CAD to develop work instructions for techs on the floor to assist them by providing information visible in an overlay as they’re looking at the hardware, to do their jobs\.

•Using new application of technology to build our products\. These roles will take direction from our lead and others to help develop Augmented Work Instructions, and support ATLO activities\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

•Experience with complex manufacturing work instructions

•Ability to read engineering drawings

•Aptitude and desire to learn new tools and software environments

**Desired Skills:**

•Experience Unity development

•Experience with Microsoft HoloLens or augmented reality development

•Software development \(C\# preferred, C\+\+\)

•UI development

•Rapid prototyping and development experience

•3D visualization software \(3DS Max, Blender\)

•CAD model decimation software \(Anark, Visual Enterprise Author, PiXYZ\)

•CAD software \(Creo preferred, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor\)
