Merchandise Operations Coordinator
The Merchandise Operations Coordinator is responsible for enhanced customer experience through maintained system integrity including promotional activity and execution of seasonal ordering
How You Will Make a Difference:
Maintaining accurate weekly promotional pricing and initiating issue resolution in collaboration with cross functional partners in store operations and Help Desk
Maintaining data integrity through timely item set up, item changes, price changes, and system downloads to downstream POS systems
Seasonal item maintenance
Execution of timely and accurate order adjustments that have been initiated by TNF Planning and approved by Merchants
Adhoc order placement directed from Merchants
Maintain accurate in season order book
Pricing and inventory trouble shooting and resolution execution on a timely manner
Pulling data from various systems and building weekly reporting
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 2+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
College degree preferred
Management Experience: none required
Computer/Software Applications: AS400 / Outlook / Excel / SAP desired but not necessary
Languages: English
Required Licenses/Certifications: none
Skills: efficient and accurate data entry; excellent verbal and written communication; organized; ability to handle multiple projects at once
Understanding of creating an excellent customer experience
Salary Range:
$48,000.00 USD - $72,000.00 USD annually
Annual Incentive Eligibility:
This position is eligible to participate in VF's Annual Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan awards are contingent upon (1) achievement of your individual objectives and (2) VF achieving its' Corporate and business level financial objectives.
Long Term Incentive Eligibility:
This position is not eligible for long term incentive.
