    The Advanced Maintenance Tech is responsible for equipment PMs, repairing and cleaning of HVAC units, plumbing, repairing kitchen equipment as needed, as well as electrical troubleshooting at condos/hotel and on equipment.

     

    The Advanced Maintenance Tech will report directly to the Chief Engineer, who oversees Village at Breckenridge.

     

    Job Specifications:

    Responsibilities include, but are mot limited to:

    • Help in all areas of Building Maintenance work, interior and exterior.
    • Provide leadership and direction to other maintenance techs.

    • Maintain all Facilities and Operating Systems in a safe and efficient working order (ie. Auto doors, exit doorways, required snow/ garbage removal).  Will require lifting of 20 Lbs or more.

    Job Requirements: 

    • 4+ years of experience
