    • Implement program logistics for the CoSMic network – supporting education, Research & Development (including proposals), and center activities.
    • Participating in CoSMic research and education strategy and visioning.

  • With the goal of becoming a $200M/year fundraising institution, the Associate Director of Principal Gifts Stewardship position is designed to envision, build, and execute a donor-centric principal gifts stewardship program that elegantly and respectfully recognizes and appreciates CSU’s community of transformational donors and ensures their gifts are stewarded appropriately.

    This position will contribute to this goal by managing existing high-level stewardship activities, cultivating relationships of collaboration with key internal partners, attending strategy meetings on transformational donor journeys, and executing high-level stewardship efforts for top donors on individualized engagement plans. This includes monitoring important giving and personal milestones and curating new ideas for opportunities that celebrate milestones, supporting stewardship visit planning of transformation donors, and building relationships with beneficiaries of transformative donor giving.

    This position will infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of their work in order to contribute to ensuring donors of all backgrounds feel represented and included.
  • Research Associate I, II or III positions are available in the Department of Clinical Sciences, in the area(s) of animal health, infectious disease, cancer, orthopedics, and reproduction. These positions include interaction with the Principal Investigator as well as other research assistants. The individual will be part of a team of researchers completing a federally funded research project and will have a broad range of responsibilities.

    The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. by date of hire; the Clinical Sciences department will not provide visa sponsorship for these positions.
  • The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for serving as a strategic hiring partner for the HR Department, as well as for areas throughout the broader university, focusing on recruitment that enhances the diversity and quality of the applicant pool. This role involves close collaboration with all university departments, as well as supervising and training a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide similar hiring support within the HR Department as well as across the university’s hiring needs.
  • $5,750-$6,000 per section, dependent on CSU teaching experience and/or education

    1 section equals .25 FTE

    The Department of Communication Studies hires continuing, contract, or adjunct instructors from an applicant pool. Instructors are hired to teach a variety of courses in three focus areas: 1) Relational and Organizational Communication; 2) Media and Visual Culture; and 3) Rhetoric and Civic Engagement. Course assignments include public speaking, popular culture, public argumentation, group communication, interpersonal communication, nonverbal communication, evaluating contemporary television, critical media studies, evaluating contemporary film, film history, and organizational communication.

    Candidates with demonstrated specialization(s) in one of the three focus areas may be eligible to teach upper-division courses. A full-time instructor teaches four (4) sections per semester. Appointees at .5 FTE or more are eligible for benefits. Positions are available depending on enrollments/funding.
  • The Veterinary Assistant class series uses three levels and describes assistant/support work in the field of veterinary medicine. Positions in this class should have an overall education in veterinary health and handling of a variety of domestic, exotic, and large animal species with emphasis on assisting the entire veterinary team. Positions perform tasks that are structured and designed to provide training and experience in the appropriate occupation. Tasks are performed under direct supervision and detailed instruction and guidance is received. Employees in this class learn to apply established practices and methods directly related to the assignment.
