Research Administrator
The Administrator reports to the Senior Research Administrator according to the team structure. This position supports the department’s mission of serving and assisting faculty toward their goal of outstanding research and scholarly activities and providing stewardship of sponsored funds through responsible management of contracted activity.
The Administrator provides guidance, direction and instruction regarding all aspects of the proper application and/or adaptation of standards, principles, and other guidelines with regard to the submission of proposals and administration of awards for externally funded activities at CSU. The Administrator serves as an authorized representative for the approval/submission of proposals.
This position has the opportunity to be primarily a remote position.
Staff Theatrical House Electrician
Colorado State University School of Music, Theatre, and Dance is seeking a Staff Theatrical House Electrician.
We seek a Staff Theatrical House Electrician with experience in theatre, dance, music, and opera, to train and supervise electric shop staff and safely deliver our main-stage Theatre, dance and Opera productions, currently consisting of three fully produced plays, one opera concert, one fully produced opera, one fully- produced musical, a “workshop” level Freshman project (no major scenic elements), one organ concert, and five dance concerts (with limited scenic elements) and other one-off events. CSU productions are designed by faculty and students; willingness to work with and train developing talent is essential. This position provides practical training and supervision for the CSU Music, Theatre and Dance Practicum (TH186/TH286/TH386/TH486, D286) sections. They may help assist with TH 161 Stagecraft labs as collaborated with TH 161 instructor as well as TH264 Lighting Design 1 and associated labs in collaboration with the TH264 instructor. Students enrolled in these courses are seeking Bachelors of the Arts degrees in Theatre (Design and Technology, Performance and Musical Theatre), Music or Dance. Up to 80% of their time is spent working with and training music, theatre and dance students. They may also be asked to serve on various committees to help in season planning, recruit and retention of students, or to better the School of Music, Theatre and Dance. This position requires some evening and weekend calls, as needed.
Senior Academic Planning Specialist
This position exists to provide support for CLSS scheduling software. This position will serve as the lead scheduling coordinator working with over 100 department schedulers from across campus to provide support for building out schedules of classes each term. In addition, this position is responsible for assessing current processes for efficiency and accuracy. This position is also responsible for pulling and analyzing data from Banner, EMS and CLSS related to classroom utilization, seat fill, spread of classes, restrictions, section builds, contact hours and other critical data points that impact facilities utilization, reporting and registration.

Subrecipient Risk Analyst & Invoicing Administrator
The Subrecipient Risk Analyst & Invoicing Administrator reports to the Subaward Manager and works closely within the OSP team structure. Performs analysis of costs provided by subrecipients to ensure mitigation of risk and complete compliance with federal guidelines, including OMB Uniform Guidance, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and Agency-specific regulations, as well as pertinent State of Colorado and University requirements regarding procurement. Performs annual risk assessments and will assist with ongoing financial and risk management of over 450 subawards.

Executive Director of Career Services
The Executive Director is a full-time leadership position in the Division of Student Affairs that holds responsibility for both the full administrative oversight of the Career Center, as well as campus-wide career services leadership and coordination with academic colleges and Alumni Association. The Executive Director reports directly to the Vice President of Student Affairs and serves as a member of the Vice President’s Council responsible for division-wide strategic planning, program development, information sharing, and policy development.
Career Center
The Career Center is divided into three units, Career Education, Employer Relations, and Operations, that serves all students at CSU, houses 42 professional employees and an average of 35 student employees year-round, with a 2.5M dollar operating budget generated through multiple funding sources. The Career Center impacts thousands of students per year and over 700 unique employers across hundreds of initiatives, events, and services. These critical initiatives, events, and services ensure that all CSU students have ready access to professional development, internship, student employment, and full-time job opportunities.
Campus-Wide Career-Services Leadership and Coordination
Leadership responsibilities of the Executive Director span beyond the Career Center across campus. This includes leading the Career Services Network, a collection of faculty and staff engaged in career-services-related work to develop community and coordinate processes, policies, and events. Additionally, the Executive Director regularly liaises with campus administrators, deans and associate deans, faculty, staff, alumni, students, student organizations, parents, and employers to ensure continuing positive relationships and collaborations critical to providing career services for CSU students. The Executive Director serves as a member of the university CORE team of Associate Deans and key campus partners for implementing and charging action teams to realize university student success priorities.
Responsibilities of the Executive Director are accomplished successfully through meaningful and collaborative relationships, visionary leadership, and the ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and lead a large and competent staff. The Executive Director promotes and facilitates the Career Center team and the broader career campus team to do career-services-work through a social justice lens, work to creatively integrate career services throughout campus, and promote student academic success and graduation goals while working to close equity achievement gaps.
Annual Giving Solicitation Manager
The Annual Giving Solicitation Manager (AGSM) is responsible for reviewing and approving mass solicitation requests for University Advancement and CSU partners in addition to helping plan and analyze all partner appeals while overseeing the division-wide calendar and appeal code process. Mass solicitations include any solicitation or situation in which multiple potential donors are involved and there is a donative component, including but not limited to: direct email, emails, crowdfunding, digital engagement center outreach including calling and texting, online giving pages, auctions, raffles, social media, event/conference sponsorships, event registrations with donative component, etc.
The AGSM will coordinate all mass solicitations alongside campus partners and review requests to ensure they align with existing solicitation strategies, i.e. that work is not being duplicated or that audiences are being over-solicited, and, when those situations arise, proposing reasonable and mutually acceptable alternatives. The AGSM also ensures that solicitation requests adhere to relevant regulations and policies.
The AGSM will be the inlet to mass solicitation process and will be expected to be familiar with each step of the solicitation process, ranging from approval to creation to execution. This will involve collaborating with various departments involved with the solicitation process, including Marketing and Communications (MarCom), Innovation Technology and Communications (ITEA), Constituent & Gift Information (CGI), and Annual Giving & Membership (AGM) as well as the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and Colorado State University Foundation (CSUF). This will also involve the creation and implementation of a new process for the intake of requests utilizing the new CRM, Salesforce, and administering appeal codes for tracking purposes. The AGSM will ensure that solicitations are properly moved through the various partner departments for list creation, design, scheduling, and review of final solicitation materials.
The AGSM will be expected to learn all relevant regulations and policies related to solicitation requirements and maintain a current working knowledge of any regulation changes. This position may also be asked to share upcoming changes or best practices with the division.
The AGSM will play an important role on the AGM team by assisting to develop broad solicitation schedules and strategy, establishing an annual planning period for colleges and units to make mass solicitation requests, and setting meetings and creating a form for requests, as well as developing a process in which results are tracked and shared with campus partners. The AGSM will work closely with the MarComm team to manage the solicitation calendar ensuring all communications efforts are synchronized.
The AGSM works independently and serves as expert resource in the interpretation and application of complex regulations and policies. The decisions made by this position have significant university-wide impact.

The position will also be responsible for the troubleshooting, replacing, monitoring, repair, and service for the following systems: HVAC, dining equipment, plumbing, wastewater treatment, and associated controls systems and all related hardware, software, and alarms, boilers, and HVAC equipment, and associated mechanical components.
Troubleshoots, monitors, repairs, and services a variety of HVAC/R equipment including programing, calibrating, testing, monitoring, and adjusting system parameters for efficient operation.
This position will also be required to perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, painting, electrical, structural repairs to walls, ceilings, floors, doors and door hardware, grounds, snow removal, and kitchen equipment.
