Canidium currently has an opening for a Sales Account Executive on our Xactly team.  Our Sales Account Executives manage the partner and client relationships in the sales process, selling and co-selling implementations, managed services and strategic services. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Management and facilitation of the sales process

    • Management of Xactly relationships across sales teams and other relevant functions

    • Becoming an Xactly product expert and confidently speaking to the value of integrating SPM

    • Facilitating the appropriate handoff from sales to delivery and ensuring seamless process, end to end 

    • Supporting the business development and marketing teams with campaigns and lead generation strategy 

    • Maximizing our value proposition with customers over the course of the relationship- supporting opportunities for cross-selling and other value-add services 

    • Proper CRM hygiene, systematically managing all deals through sales stages

    • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner

    • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

    • Communicating prompt and professional responses to requests from clients

  • Canidium is a technical consulting company that provides guidance and expertise to our clients on implementing SPM (sales performance management) and CPQ (configure - price - quote) software. The IT Intern will assist with items like  troubleshooting various computer issues and  writing scripts to automate processes. Ideal candidates will be in related undergrad university programs in at least their junior year. 

    Canidium offers competitive hourly wages for this part-time position. We can be flexible with class schedules, but request that you work at least 20hrs a week. This position will work from home until it is safe to return to our Old Town, Fort Collins office due to COVID 19. 

     

    Responsibilities Include: 

    • Troubleshooting various computer technical problems, such as network connection issues, hardware and software issues

    • Diagnosing problems and troubleshoot solutions

    • Writing scripts to automate some business tasks

    • Assisting in information security audits 

    • Refreshing, upgrading, and refurbishing laptop computers returned from the field making ready for reissue  

    • Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to facilitate a timely solution

    • Must have a technical background, troubleshooting experience, and comprehension of business operations

    • Any level of experience with Object Oriented programming (ideally JavaScript or Python) 

    • Must be able to take initiative and have a problem-solving mentality

    • Must be a current undergraduate student able to work 20 hours a week
       

     Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $15.00-$18.00/hr and is eligible for paid sick leave.
