    Canidium is growing and seeking a highly motivated sales operations intern to support our ongoing sales efforts.     Responsibilities:

    • Develops an understanding of the technologies supported by Canidium

    • Experience with CRM (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Financials (Oracle, Zuora, etc.)

    • PMP certification or SCRUM  preferred

    Compensation and benefits:The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.

    Canidium Project Managers oversee system implementation projects for Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) products. Project Managers oversee the project plan, team resources, client interactions, project financials, and timelines.

     

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Managing monthly financials, time and expense tracking and approvals

    • Updating project documentation as required

    • Estimating work effort, team member capabilities, and timelines for completion accurately

    • Assessing and mitigate project delivery risks.

    • Maintaining and completing project deliverables on time and within budget

    • Providing weekly project status reports and monthly executive status reports

    • Analyzing technical problems and recommending solution options to project team and clients

    • Coordinating with sales and leadership to close business

    • Communicating sales information and product changes internally and externally

    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors to facilitate timely project completion
