  • Design Intern
    The design intern will play an essential role in continuing to strengthen the Canidium brand to maintain the rapid growth of 2019. They will report to the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist and work in tandem with the Digital Marketing Specialist, helping to create materials for social media marketing campaigns, conferences, the sales team, as well as handle any partner requests as needed. Designed assets will be both digital and traditional. 

    Job Responsibilities:
     
    Social Media: 
    • Create ads that will be put into the market by the marketing team. They will incorporate direct response elements to help increase clicks. 
    • Design featured images for posts when necessary. 
    • Design featured images for owned channels to showcase event attendance or other news that Canidium will want to promote. 

    Site: 
    • Create page layouts that will help promote opt-ins and more extended visits. 
    • Design sliders that will be featured on Canidium’s homepage or landing pages. 
     
    Sales and Recruiting Collateral: 
    • Design hand-outs that will be leveraged at sales conferences and recruiting events, which include one-pagers, pamphlets, or swag. 
    • Possibility of designing booths. 
    • Design digital sales assets, such as PDF’s and infographics.

    • Design experience
    • Basic understanding of design elements to help promote engagement

  • Integrated Marketing Campaign Intern
    The integrated marketing intern will play an essential role in helping to generate and identify both marketing and sales qualified leads to help contribute to the company’s growth, and meet and exceed revenue goals. They will report to the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist and work in tandem with the sales department, helping to handle potential requests from the SVP of Sales and Marketing, as well as reporting sales qualified leads (SQL) to empower the sales team. 
     
    Job Responsibilities:
    Lead Generation: 
    • Responsible for identifying and generating leads (marketing and sales qualified) through researching VIPs, analyzing reports, and creating lists. 
    • Responsible for generating qualified leads through internal means. 
     
    Social Media: 
    • Mining relevant 3rd party articles and thought leadership to repost on owned channels.
    • Admin on social channels and assist in posting updates on social channels through HubSpot. 
    • Work with the marketing team to execute targeted, paid campaigns (PPC) via LinkedIn Campaign Manager for brand awareness and lead conversion. 
    • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to analyze data and performance, and create succinct reports which include findings and recommendations on these campaigns to be given to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. 

    CRM: 
    • Importing lists into HubSpot and updating contacts as required. 
    • Assist in creating and deploying email campaigns through the CRM platform (HubSpot). 
    • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to analyze data and performance, and create succinct reports which include findings and recommendations on these campaigns to be given to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.
       
    Qualities of the Ideal Candidate

    Insurance Compensation Management (ICM) consultants gather and document business requirements and while designing, configuring, and testing system components using SAP Sales Cloud- Insurance Compensation Management application.
     
    Job Responsibilities Include:  
    • Demonstrating in-depth expertise in SPM/ICM software, while maintaining a broad understanding of the system and engineering client solutions across multiple projects. Preferably experience with SAP Sales Cloud- Insurance Compensation Management application
    • Maintaining strong technical aptitude, while having the ability to acquire new skills quickly
    • Collaborating with Canidium Sales team to create accurate technical aspects of Signatures of Work

  • Canidium is a management and technology consulting company that provides expertise to our clients on how to install and implement sales performance systems. The HR intern will be responsible for finding resumes, researching potential candidates, conducting interviews and completing the onboarding process for new hires. The intern will take initiative on recruitment tasks, as well as other internal HR projects, while reporting to the HR manager. An ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be very organized, and be an excellent team player. Start date is immediate, with potential to extend throughout the summer.

  • Job Responsibilities: 
     
    • ​Manage and support relationships between SAP and Canidium. Understand alliance relationship, dynamics, and KPIs. Ensure relationship is successful, drive sales when needed and ensure successful relationship.
