  • Canidium is a boutique consulting company that provides guidance and expertise to our clients on how to install and implement commissions software. The Business Operations intern will be responsible for the maintenance and tracking of our internal systems and processes. The intern will take initiative on various internal projects, and work within Excel and Google Sheets to collect and analyze company analytics and data. An ideal candidate will have experience working in Excel, being an excellent team player, and serve as a resource for time tracking and internal operations maintenance. 

    Canidium offers competitive hourly wages for this part-time position. We can be flexible with class schedules, but request that you are present in our Old Town, Fort Collins office around 20 hours a week. 

    Responsibilities Include: 
    • Maintaining our internal time tracking system
    • Developing and monitoring internal reports and tracking systems, including our staffing report and gross margin report
    • Analyzing our current report systems and organizing the process as needed
    • Additional projects as assigned

  • Canidium is a consulting company that provides guidance and expertise to our clients on how to install and implement commissions software. The IT intern will be responsible for technical troubleshooting, analyzing and solving laptop malfunctions, and monitoring our information security systems. 

    This is an entry-level, part time position. Applicants must be a current undergraduate able to work in our Old Town, Fort Collins office around 20 hours a week. The position is flexible with school schedules. This position will enable you to learn about the dynamics of business processes, while also contributing to a professional working environment. This internship also promotes professional and educational growth. 

    Responsibilities Include: 
    • Troubleshooting various computer technical problems, such as network connection issues, hardware and software issues
    • Diagnosing problems and troubleshoot solutions
    • Writing scripts to automate some business tasks
    • Refreshing, upgrading, and refurbishing laptop computers returned from the field making ready for reissue  
    • Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to facilitate a timely solution
    • Maintaining Fixed Asset Tracking system

    Requirements: 
    • Currently working on a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, ACT,  or equivalent.
    • Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, phones, etc. 
    • Must have a technical background, troubleshooting experience, and comprehension of business operations
    • Any level of experience with Object Oriented programming (ideally JavaScript or Python) 
    • Must be able to take initiative and have a problem-solving mentality

  • Canidium Project Managers oversee system implementation projects for Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) products. Project Managers oversee the project plan, team resources, client interactions, project financials, and timelines.
     
    Responsibilities Include:
    • Managing monthly financials, time and expense tracking and approvals
    • Updating project documentation as required
    • Estimating work effort, team member capabilities, and timelines for completion accurately
    • Assessing and mitigate project delivery risks.
    • Maintaining and completing project deliverables on time and within budget
    • Providing weekly project status reports and monthly executive status reports
    • Analyzing technical problems and recommending solution options to project team and clients

    • 2+ years prior technical project management experience with package software implementation required
    • 2+ years ICM / SPM project experience with software packages from companies like CallidusCloud, Xactly, IBM (Varicent), NICE (Merced)
    • Experience with CRM (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Financials (Oracle, Zuora, etc.)
    • PMP certification preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with technical and nontechnical project team members at all levels

  • Canidium CPQ Consultants work with customers to design, develop, and deliver scalable and flexible CPQ systems to fit our client's needs. Our CPQ team works to successfully input client information, configure products, and created documentation as necessary.
