    • ​Developing new business and growing existing accounts within a predefined Territory (a combination of geographic regions and specific named accounts).  
    • Securing fully executed Agreements for Canidium services with new customers
    • Expanding Canidium’s presence at existing clients (i.e. follow-on engagements and penetration of incremental business units)
    • Contributing ideas and suggestions to better Canidium’s overall Sales & Marketing strategy
    • Processing of leads generated by you and others who are assigned to you.  Processing activities will include tasks such as lead qualification, solution definition, proposal development, deal negotiation and contract closing.
    • Tracking and forecasting of sales data in salesforce.com and/or other sales enabling tools used by Canidium
    • Periodically assisting in recruiting, training, mentoring and professional development of others

  • Job Responsibilities: 
     
    • ​Manage and support relationships between SAP and Canidium. Understand alliance relationship, dynamics, and KPIs. Ensure relationship is successful, drive sales when needed and ensure successful relationship.
    • Prepare and execute alliance business plan, coordinate meetings and establish financial goals for the alliance while tracking and maintaining budget
    • Responsible for creating and executing strategy around alliance success to achieve competitive advantage. Coordinate with other sales reps and liaisons as necessary.
    • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate practice meetings on a regular basis and as needed.
    • Report sales pipeline to SAP alliances. Ensure proper credit for Canidium sales, including sales details and financial credits.
    • Communicate, and report key numbers to leadership as required.
    • Serve as go-between for Canidium delivery team and SAP to ensure that communication is routine, marketing material is current, deliverables are planned and executed accordingly

  • Canidium SPM/ICM Architects gather and document business requirements and while designing, configuring, and testing system components using SPM/ICM software from companies such as Callidus/SAP, Varicent, and Merced.

    Job Responsibilities Include:  
    • Maintaining strong technical aptitude, while having the ability to acquire new skills quickly
    • Demonstrating in-depth expertise in SPM/ICM software, while maintaining a broad understanding of the system, and engineering client solutions across multiple projects
    • Collaborating with Canidium Sales team to create accurate technical aspects of Signatures of Work
    • Estimating work effort, team member capabilities, and timelines for completion
    • Participating in kickoff sessions, and/or leading technical discussions
    • Identifying opportunities to obtain add-on work

  • Canidium Callidus/SAP Consultants assist with implementations and maintenance of SPM and ICM solutions. Specifically, the consultant will assist in designing and implementing Callidus/SAP solutions through gathering and documenting business requirements.

  • Canidium Project Managers oversee system implementation projects for Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) products. Project Managers oversee the project plan, team resources, client interactions, project financials, and timelines.

  • Canidium is a consulting company that provides guidance and expertise to our clients on how to install and implement commissions software. The Business Operations intern will be responsible for the maintenance and tracking of our internal systems and processes. The intern will take initiative on various internal projects, and work within Excel and Google Sheets to collect and analyze company analytics and data. An ideal candidate will have experience working in Excel, being an excellent team player, and serve as a resource for time tracking and internal operations maintenance.

  • Canidium CPQ Consultants work with customers to design, develop, and deliver scalable and flexible CPQ systems to fit our client's needs. Our CPQ team works to successfully input client information, configure products, and created documentation as necessary. CPQ Consultants also work with internal and partner sales teams to assess, road map, plan, and propose these solutions.
