Canidium is growing and seeking a highly motivated sales operations intern to support our ongoing sales efforts. The candidate will be comfortable working with different technologies, collaborating across various teams, and be driven to complete assigned tasks while having the ability to work independently and display their own initiative.
Responsibilities:
Develops an understanding of the technologies supported by Canidium
Updates various sales and prospect tracking tools such as HubSpot, spreadsheets and reports
Assists with the collection of data and inputs across the organization, coordinating with various practice teams, to update records and support our upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Conducts research to identify prospects for Canidium’s services
Assist with standardization of sales and marketing processes and tools
Attends partner, prospect and client meetings as directed. May be required to document notes and to follow up on next steps.
Maintaining and reporting certain sales and marketing performance metrics
Suggests ideas and methods to improve sales processes
Ideal Qualifications:
Should be enrolled in and on track to graduate from a four-year college or university with a relevant degree or a recent graduate
Proactive, energetic and customer-centric attitude
Ability to quickly forge productive relationships
Ability to think outside the box and bring creative ideas to support sales and marketing efforts
Analytical skills, and experience drawing insights from large datasets
Knowledge or familiarity of working within a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Compensation and Benefits
This position has a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000, and is eligible to participate in our quarterly bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
This is a full-time, remote role that can be located anywhere within the United States. Those in Northern Colorado also have the option to work in the office. When travel resumes, applicants should expect up to 10% of travel within this role.
