    Responsible for lead function within the night audit team. Ensures daily financial/inventory records are accurate and complete and high quality night service is provided to guests.     Advanced Maintenance Technician  -

    Job duties include:

    • Administer programs involving electrical, mechanical and general construction, repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment. Daily checks of the Building Automation System  and building mechanicals.
    • Assign and verify completion of routine maintenance and operations of physical structure of property, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and any other related equipment which contributes to the safe and affective operation of the facility
    • Ensures compliance with company policy on vehicle operation.  Perform daily rounds-check boilers, pools, common areas, sprinkler systems, fire pump room, fire panels. 
    • Visually inspect quality of work and direct staff and outside contractors in task according to performance and productivity standards
    • Ensures compliance with company policy on vehicle operation.
    • Insure all inspections and certifications for property equipment is completed as required.
    • Maintain all Facilities and Operating Systems in a safe and efficient working order (ie. Auto doors, exit doorways, required snow/ garbage removal).  Will require lifting of 20 Lbs or more. 
    • Complete assigned tasks in a safe, timely manner.  
    • Work with outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed.
    • To carry ladder up and down stairs with required tools (may exceed 20 lbs).  May require lifting arms above head and shoulders to work in ceiling (i.e. small leaks, electrical shorts, replace motors).
    • Maintain records of all work activities and support materials
    • Provide written reports to other departments as needed.
    • Provide for safe disposal of all waste material.
    • Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles and keep work area in safe, secure and efficient manner.
    • Work with other departments when directed.
    • Keep track of supplies and fill out requisition for needed supplies.
    • Maintain vehicle maintenance records and schedules.  Ensures compliance with company policy on vehicle operation. 
    • Ensure scheduling of engineering staff fits needs
    • Maintain all pools and hot tubs according to OSHA standards
    • Responsible for ordering parts and items necessary for repair of building and units. 
    • Oversee the training, counseling and discipline of engineering staff.
    • Document engineering work in forms that can be directly applied to billing programAssist with preventative maintenance in common areas, back of house and guest rooms
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Attend to any work orders, guest requests, housekeeping requests, front desk requests, and room calls.
    • Consistently provide a professional manner when handling an internal or external quests.
    • To maintain assets inside and outside of guest rooms and common areas, including mechanical rooms, kitchens, HVAC, Refrigeration, ect.
    • Responsible for keeping all guest amenities in working order including pools and hot tubs, sream rooms and saunas and all building maintenance.
    • Perform daily rounds including checks of the fire panel, sprinkler system, boilers and common areas.
    • Attend to outstanding work order requests from guests or other deparments.
    • Assist with all upkeep and mechanical needs of the property.
    • Dispose of waste properly.
    • Log all maintenance properly. 

     

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age.
    • High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
    • Pevious building maintenance experience preferred.
    • Must be able to communicate in English both verbal and written.
    • Basic computor knowledge required.
    • Must be able to lift and move at least 50lbs. 

     

     

     

    The budgeted range starts at $21 - 31.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

    The Management Acceleration Program (MAP) will have a start date in the summer of 2023.

    Job responsibilities will vary by rotation, and may include:

    • Team leadership and oversight of entry-level employees: hire, train, lead, and retain quality staff

    • Scheduling, budgeting, and ordering for department
    • Provide excellent guest service, responding orally and in writing to guest requests

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level technical and tactical ski or snowboard instruction to seasonal groups.
    • Have a broad, accurate and current knowledge of your sport.
    • Possess a high level of self-safety and safety of others.
    • Create a safe, fun environment that is conducive to learning by employing a variety of appropriate teaching strategies and progressions. Including venue safety and appropriate course setting for Alpine Race coaches.
    • Encourage student enthusiasm for skiing / riding, the learning process, etiquette and the further development of good skiing / riding skills.
    • Uphold the highest level of guest and personal safety on varied terrain in all winter weather conditions. 
    • Follow The Resort’s etiquette guidelines while interacting with guests and respond to all guests in a courteous, professional manner. Maintain positive relations with students, parents, visitors, and general public at all times.
    • Attend all required training, safety and other meetings, required by the department and the company.
    • Continuing education and development of coach pedagogy is ongoing.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to improving personal skiing / riding and teaching abilities through attendance of supplementary training.
    • Perform other duties as required.
       

    Job Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Previous competition and/or coaching experience.
    • Must be able to complete required training upon hire.
    • Must be able to handle exposure to inclement weather; bending, lifting and squatting.
    • Physical ability to respond appropriately to emergency and other unplanned situations.
    • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
    • Prior experience working with children and youth, preferably in sport and in excess of 500 hrs min..
    • Prior experience competing in the sport you are going to coach.
    • Knowledge of venue safety and set up.
    • Vast knowledge of progressions and drills for appropriate athlete development.
    • Must have terrific customer service skills.
    • Must have great communication skills.
    • Good problem solving skills.
    • Familiar with event and competition set up operation, execution
    • Must have a great, positive attitude and patience.
    • Possess a competition ski certification from the appropriate National Governing Body: USSA, USASA, IFSA.

    The Lift Maintenance Mechanic III will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair on all assigned lifts.  This individual will interact professionally with the lift operations staff and

    assist with lift operations training. 

     

    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for following the company’s safety and risk management policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for assuring lifts are in compliance with all CPTSB and other applicable codes and regulations.
    • Assist with training of new Lift Maintenance personnel.
    • Prepare assigned lifts for annual licensing inspections and be able to work as a lead on special projects. 
    • Responsible for maintaining all tools, equipment, and vehicles as assigned.
    • Responsible for recording all information of work performed on lifts and submitting lift records in a timely manner.

    • Provide Project Management/ tracking to ensure the project and day-to-day work schedules are being met.
    • Manage multiple vendor relationships, maintain and administer carrier accounts for wireline and wireless services
    • Provide support for Contact Centers including technology, end users and administration
    • On-mountain work assignments
    • Mentor and develop telecom analysts; both professionally and technically
    • Utilize work ticket management systems in alignment with company metrics and Key Performance Indicators(KPI)
    • Configure, track, & maintain Telecom infrastructure equipment
    • Physical fiber and copper cable patching and troubleshooting; perform copper cable terminations as required
    • Manage and troubleshoot telecom system(s) including: Gateways, Server, Media Gateways, and voicemail
