    Job Requirements:

    • 2+ years supervisory experience

    • Thorough knowledge of Breckenridge resort is a plus

    The expected Total Compensation for this role is $52,000 - $59,660.  Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

    Job Summary:

    The My Epic Gear Ski Valet is a new and exciting, instrumental position within the My Epic Gear Rental Delivery team. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for our guests at our on-snow gear valet’s. In this role your primary responsibility is assisting our guests with their equipment before and after skiing. In a timely manner you will be receiving, storing, organizing, retrieving, and returning ski and snowboard equipment. We are looking for strong communicators with great organizational skills. While you will hopefully support all guests through positive interactions, we are looking for someone with de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills. The My Epic Gear Ski Valet will work closely with their manager, assistant managers, and delivery specialists.
