Warehouse/ Visual Focus Summary:
As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing product flow throughout the store, communication with management on product levels, distribution of product between stores and all shipping and receiving functions— ensuring that we have the right products in the right places at the right times.
As the Visual Team Leader, you will bring the Patagonia story to life by creating a retail environment that is innovative, unique, inspired, customer-friendly and reflective of the local community. The VTL is responsible for the implementation of visual merchandising directives and providing visual training and support for the retail team.
